Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

Hey, here's my recipe for my yummy healthy oatmeal cookies. Very easy to make and quite delicious:

Dry: 1 C whole wheat flour; 1 1/2 C flake rolled oats; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp baking powder; 1 tbsp cinnamon; 1/2 tsp nutmeg.

Wet: 1/2 C honey (I used unsweetened applesauce); 1/2 cup oil (I use olive oil); 1/4 C brown sugar; 1 egg, 1 tsp Vanilla

Other: 1/2 C raisins OR 1/2 C dark chocolate chips and/or 1/2 C walnuts

Mix dry ingredients; Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. Mix all together and add other... drop on greased baking sheet (24 cookies). flatten slightly with fork. Cook for about 15 minutes at 335 degrees (pre-heated) until slightly brown. Mine are about 60 calories each but you can just put the ingredients into MFP Recipe section to create a new recipe and it will tell you exactly depending on what you choose to use. I can't keep them in my house very long with 2 young kids. Enjoy!!
