Four weeks today - Twenty pounds

As of today I have been on MFP for four weeks. Through consistent logging, friendly motivation and hard work I am happy to report I am down 20.1 pounds. The best part about this is that I didn't spend silly money on a fad diet, I didn't starve (well somedays it felt like it in the beginning) and I have met some great new friends. Happy Sunday everyone!
