    Hi Rich, thanks for the reply. How did you lose all of that weight? I drive all day for a living. Need ideas for things to eat. Exercise is difficult because of a bad back.

    It's not easy, that's for sure. Like you, I sit all day at my job. What I do now is walk during lunch and try to use the treadmill 5 days a week. I cut out all the candy and ice cream and eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, nuts and lean protein like turkey. What is your diet like? By the way, what part of CT are you from? I live in Torrington but work in Bridgeport. It's quite a commute so I do a lot of sitting in the car and at my job! I have to try and fit exercise in each day. Like I said, it's not easy but it can be done!
