Wendy's nutrition tables on website

I am so happy that Wendy's has taken the time to break it all down for those of us that care!! I think it should be required of all fast food places to have a site like this. You can customize your order for more accurate nutritional info and it has allergy warnings. Outstanding! Way to go, Wendy's!!!

    Doesn`t mean it`s good for you though. It`s still fast food and fast food isn`t good for you.

    Oh...definitely NOT good for you! Obviously!

    But in a pinch, (or just lazy like me, today), it's a great tool to have. Especially for "special diets" like gluten free.

    The other nice thing about Wendy's nutritional info is their Animal Welfare program. I'm a vegetarian, but at least they try: "Proper Animal Handling: We believe that handling animals in a humane manner, and preventing neglect or abuse, is the right thing to do." http://www.wendys.com/community/animal_welfare.jsp
