Overheated after eating

This last week and half or so I have had something weird going on. After I eat a meal I get very, I mean very overheated. Feels like my face must be red, I have a glistening of persperation on my forehead and my breathing increases. I am not eating spicy foods. I am not eating anythin unusual or seasoned differently. My foods are actually kinda bland mundane foods. It happens after my evening meal and I have to sit infront of a fan (snow outside). My pellet stove is the same temp as all day long.

Do you think I am maybe eating too much at a time (I am not gorging, eating same as last few months) sorta like stoking the fire to much..or something else going on?

I have no idea what causes this, maybe check with your doc. Just curious what town you are in or near. I'm near Issaquah and Sammamish.

Same here. I used to turn bright red about half way into a meal. After losing some of my weight, it went away.
