For those of you who have/use one, does it seem to make a difference where exactly you wear yours? I switch between my left arm and my right arm to help avoid the inevitable reaction that happens when wearing it (red spots and lines from the band). I use either arm fairly equally, but do try and put it on my left when I have to but on the right arm for sleeping. I also move it around on the arm so that it is not always stationary over the tricep. What has been your general results?

Wear it really loose it doesn't need to be pressed into the skin. Mine doesn't even leave marks0

I don't move mine around once it's on my arm, but I do switch it from my left arm to my right while I'm sleeping, just to give my skin a breather. Doesn't seem to adversely affect the readings.0

Yeah, I had wondered about that. I hoped it was okay to wear it on my right for sleep, since I sleep on my left side and it was uncomfortable there. Thanks.0

I found it to be useless. It does not really log anything except walking and sitting still.
I called the customer support and they said that all of my activities were "non-standard": dancing (it only logs FORWARD steps, wtf?), cycling, spinning, paddleboarding, weight lifting. The guy actually told me it would log my housework though. Ha -- 0 right there.
When you enter all your data online, it seems to just be using a basic TDEE formula and using that for your estimated calories. I can do that myself! As far as counting steps, I'm not interested.0 -

Well, I'm trying mine mostly for the walking. I do a lot of that at work and was trying to figure out calories in/out on days on/off. I knew it did less for weight lifting, but MFP seems to have numbers for that. I also do things like unpacking inventory at work, and couldn't find anything comparable in the database. I do ignore it for "housework", etc, just pull the numbers for the times when I walk/jog etc. Although it did point out that I sleep a lot less than I thought I did. Interesting.0
