New....well kinda

Im new to this website but ive been pretty active all my life. In the recent years ive gained about 30 pounds. I lost about 15 last year and gained it all back. Trying again and hoping I can do it this time. i have alot more modivation than the last time. Im working out 4 times a week for 60 mins and I eat fairly well. Im just wanted to see what other people are doing and share my journey with them.:wink:

    Hi - I'm new too (I joined yesterday).

    I've spent years battling with food and I was very active up until a few years ago when I stopped dancing so it's crept on a bit! I would like to lose 14 pounds but I want to lose it healthily - I could do it the 'old' way but existing on 200 calories a day is ridiculous and as I get older I want to change my ways rather than being thin for thin's sake.
