'Forgive me father for I have sinned'

This weekend even tho I have been logging my daily calories and trying to get my fat *kitten* out and about on friday night I attended the devils parlour.

Once there I partook of ale in copious amount and indulged it the burger and in the fries. This only led to more ale and then after the pub a kebab of questionable meat covered with cheese and with fries.

With the devil in my ear, the rest of the weekend turned into a hedonistic affair which has only now on Sunday night returned me to normal (how many calories in a rice cake) self

Monday tomorrow lets try this again from the start.

Can I get an AMEN!!
