Hey, Im new to using this and I was wondering if someone can help me. Im finding it difficult to get enough calories without exceeding the carbs, fat and protein. I dont know what meals I can eat which allow me to get the right amount of each one without having too much of one and not enough of the other x

Go by the nutritional info on what you're eating. You can usually find it on the packaging, and just keep those numbers in mind while you're cooking. It helps me if I track it immediately, or even plan my meals in advance.
Also, the recipes subforum is awesome. c:0 -

I'm not sure I understand- calories can only come from fats,, protein and carbs. You can't be under on calories and over on all of those.0

Yeah, it's just a process. There is a learning curve, like with everything new. You're not going to ever be perfect at this, so just accept that, and keep striving to be healthier and filling your calories with a variety of foods every day.
You have to give yourself a lot of credit for trying and don't come down on yourself when you don't get it perfect. No one does.
Weight loss is about a pattern of good choices over a long period of time, and allowances for birthdays, meals out, holidays, and other festive parts of life.
edit...it's all about the typing skills...0
