I set up a private group here on the MFP site where we can post a daily challenge for all group members. So far there are three of us. I am hoping to have no more than 5 daily challenges so I am looking for two more people to join.

I'm a little weird, but what's the weight loss goal for the majority of the group.0

actually, the group's purpose is for each member to post a DAILY challenge (whether it is a challenge about food, exercise, attitude, anything health-related). also, for each member to post daily whether they accomplished their challenges or not.
Also, we will post WEEKLY what our % of weight lost has been (no mention of pounds). I think % gives a better picture than actual pounds lost because for some people it takes a month to lose 2 pounds and for others, it takes only a week to lose 6 pounds, so % seems to be a fairer (proportioned) indicator (if that wording makes sense). And the purpose of the weekly posts (ie/ %) is to actually determine if our daily challenges are indeed translating into weight reduction.0 -

Hi, thanks for your reply. The group is set up pretty well for people who need to be motivated, who excel when challenged, and who MOST IMPORTANTLY need accountability (ie/ if a person is able to successfully complete their challenge then they can announce it to the group for "applause" lol). I am pretty new to exercising (I walk maybe 30 minutes a day) and I am looking forward to challenges concerning proper food habits. Also, exercise challenges will be awesome.
By the looks of your profile picture, you probably are advanced in your exercise so I am not sure if our challenges would be enough of a challenge for you.
If you want to join the group (which was just formed yesterday) and which has 4 members (looking for 5 max because each of us will post a daily challenge and so that means each of us get 5 daily challenges - over 5 may be overwhelming, who knows though.).
