24 Hour Challenge - February

I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of February. It will be a little tougher since February
is a shorter month. So here goes:

Feb 2 Sat - Cycling 30min, yoga 60min (22hrs 30min left)

    2/2 arms, shoulders, abs - 1hr, 20 min
    2/3 5k, legs - 53 min

    Total to date - 2hrs, 58 minutes
