    Awesome. I'm trying to do the "50 miles in February" challenge, and most of that will be walking for me -- treadmill and just daily walking. I don't log miles as I do my daily walks around campus and such, but do log time, so this will be a nice complement/motivator to tracking my miles on the treadmill.

    Not great the last couple days -- long teaching days....but I did get some good walking in across campus today....

    Feb 4: 15 minutes
    Feb 5: 20 minutes

    Wow, looking at that...time to increase the movement, y'all.
