"before" and "after" pictures?

Do you guys taking pictures of yourself, to track your hard work?
If you aren't doing it, I will suggest you to do it! It helps a lot! And they are more worth than GOLD! When you go from A to B with your body and are close to your goal, you can bring those pictures up from when you began and see how much you have changed, it will push you even more!

Yep...as horrible as it was...hubby took some pictures of me for before. I can't wait till I can post some after pics...but I don't think it will be any time soon.0

It doesn't matter! I was also trying to get people to do it! So if you are doing it, that's just as good as if you posted it!

Great job! Here are mine - 18 months today!
Just a few mins ago, was getting ready to go out with my girls, but getting snowed in instead! Size 4, around 145 lbs.

I dug through my facebook to find any true "before" pictures (before I lost my first 30ish pounds). I've also decided to take some "during" photos and will take "after" photos when I make it to my goal weight/size. I have decided to post them all on my profile page here...as a good reminder daily of where i come from and how far I've progressed.0
