Hello FITNESSPALS!

Hey guys,

So a buddy of mine who is has fitness embeded into his life has showed me the light with this very helpful tool! I feel motivate to start and in need of my fellows pal's support. My goal weight is 175lbs, in the next 3 months I plan to at least 200lbs, currently weighing in at 235lbs. I'm currently not going to a gym but will start with at home workouts and morning runs. I found this great other little app called Workout Trainer it's for both iOS and Andriod , and has a nice collection of workouts!

    Good luck! I've been on her for approx a month now and had some ups & downs but so far have lost 9.1lbs.
    Not much but every little helps.
