I think I was around 176 in the top shot; I weighed about that amount for years prior to starting MFP in June 2012. I'm now at 116, having met my goal back in December. Still using MFP as I continue to maintain and focus on fitness.

Well done to you all. You all have done an awesome job. Unfortunately, I have nothing to post right now as I have not been very successful. So some time in the near future I too will be able to show my before and after shots. Keep up the good work.

I started on 02/24/12 at 247 unhappy pounds, the left picture. The right picture was taken 10 minutes ago, at 155 pounds. I still have 20 pounds to go. I am 5' 7" tall and will be 56 in a couple months.

Before I started, I was unable to stand up straight or walk more than a few feet, due to severe pain in my back, before I took control of my life. Now, I hike and snowshoe for many miles, almost every Saturday. I work out at our gym 5 days a week and I am happy once again! You're never too old to start. You can do anything you think you can. You can't do anything you think you can't!
