i wouldnt have thought that is the only reason, but being well hydrated is important for your health anyway, so why would you not want to drink water?!0

What are you drinking to rehydrate?0

Yep, I was thinking there may be other factors as well.0 -
Water is good for the skin, whats your diet like? Water is good for filtering out all the toxins for your body and stuff like sodium, if your body is retaining these things it could be a hindrance to your weight loss but not the only reason. I have no idea what your calorie intake is like at the moment, but if you're eating the same amount each day, try boosting them for one day. Example, I eat 1500 average a day, once a week I got up to 2200 and that kick starts the metabolism.0

Why aren't you drinking water?! It keeps your skin clear and beautiful...it keeps your body healthy...what ARE you drinking? I would be worrying about dehydration if I were you...If you don't like the flavor of water add a little lemon juice to it...0

I you don't drink enough water that can cause water retention. And sometimes with working out, your weight won't change for awhile even though you're losing. Keep track of your measurements and you'll probably see progress there. I'm not a heavy water drinker, but I find that I feel so much better, especially when I work out, after I've had at least 6 glasses a day. There could also be another issue, but it's a good place to start.0

You need to drink & lots to keep hydrated and get all those toxins out...
I drink a minimum of 8 x 800ml glasses of water; if I workout (which I do) I drink more...
Your 'wee' should be the palest of yellow, if not clear - Then you are drinking enough!
Stay clear of fizzy drinks, 'sports' drinks etc.0 -
I have a hard time even reaching half of my water intake for the day. My solution? The great value "Mio" drink enhancers. I love these things. Especially the sweet tea. I LOVE sweet tea, and this way I get the taste with 0 calories all the time. It's perfect! They also have the "energy" ones, and they tasts just like gatoraid or poweraid, and are way better for you than those sports drinks. It helps me get my water down. I hate plain water!0
