First post- wanted to say hi to the community

I just wanted to say hello to the community. I wish you all well in your weight loss and health goals. Health is extremely important. I really enjoy the site for tracking my caloric intake. I think its excellent. Quick and painless. Well it hurts when I get close to my limit and the day isnt even half over. Never good.

This is a lifestyle. In order to get the best shape you can there are many things that need to be sacrificed.

Another thing I have learned-persistence. If you just keep getting back on that horse every time you fall off...
