I have to really watch the sodium intake because of high blood pressure. All the lowfat meats,cheese,bread,ect. have a high sodium content. I don't want to live on just veggies and fruit. Could use some input! Thanks!

    try to avoid pre-packaged foods. fresh stuff usually has less sodium
