Exercise Workout Video

I am going to start to use an exercise workout video rather than walking. When I type it in the exercise database it doesn't come up with anything. How do I work out how many calories it is burning?

    When I do most of mine it is usually aerobics so I just use the 'aerobics' entries

    Depends what type of exercise video it is really
