Self Challenge

On January 7, I started a 4-week Hip Hop Abs challenge. I took all of my measurements before I did the first workout. Throughout the whole thing I followed the calendar for Level 2 HHA but did the Level 1 DVDs. I'm proud to say that I never missed a day or a workout, and in the end, I have lost a total of 22.75 inches all over my body. I know I have a long ways to go, but I just wanted to share my progress. Thanks!
