I need a challenge to motivate me today... why not this!? 1st timer, so I'll try with 5lb weights :-)
Took both days, but I did it! Managed 2 sets of 50 reps with 5 lb weights, then 4 sets of 25. Feeling good!0 -

I'm ashamed to say that I forgot all about the challenge so I have just done 100 and I feel it. Crumbs I'm out of condition! Weights have been left strategically placed for tomorrow.0
