    Thank you!

I have hit lots of plateaus! Or what I called plateaus, which resulted in falling off the wagon, gaining and losing the same 10 lbs over and over. Finding the wagon again only to let myself slip during a holiday, which for some reason instead of a day of enjoying I extended it to a week...or 2 weeks. Thanksgiving to New Years became a bit of a calorie induced coma blur. Tried to out exercise a bad diet, under-eat so I wouldn't have to exercise, and everything in between. When I finally made it click, everything sort of fell into place. I enjoy with moderation, if I slip I get right back up. Don't beat myself up for bad days, and don't reward myself with food for a good one. I started walking, with plans to do a 5k in April with my mom. She's traveling from out of state to do it with me and celebrate my progress. Well, once I started walking...I got bored, and I wanted to improve my times. So I walked faster. Then I jogged for a few seconds, then to the 7th mailbox I passed, then to the yellow house on the corner...and so on. Turns out the girl that was NEVER a runner, never even THOUGHT about being a runner, pretty much vowed that she would do ANYTHING EXCEPT run.....likes to run. Who knew?
