It can be so hard because of team lunches

I am really good with what I eat. I eat carefully and watch everything I eat. I also try to avoid as many team lunches as possible.
This week is a nightmare! We had a big team lunch on Monday (Nando's), today was a friends get together at a chinese and tomorrow we have an end of scrum meeting at some other restaurant to be decided.
I have tried to be careful (only drink water, don't eat everything etc etc) but I just want to stick to my own healthy routine and not have so many bad days in one week :explode:

Try having an office job where your co-worker brings cake in EVERY DAY because his wife owns a bakery! I feel your pain on this. Trust me!0

Nandos actually has some things you can eat that aren't bad for you. MFP actually has all their nutritional calories already plugged in, check their menu and see what fits for you. Get the chicken sandwhich with no mayo and no fries. Hot sauces have barely any calories either so you still get all the flavour. There are always healthy options you just need to modify the pre-set menu slightly and avoid the bad decisions.0

Yeah on Monday I went for the chicken wrap with rice and to drink stuck with water. Was still higher than I would have liked but much better than the 1/2 chicken, peri chips, coleslaw and 3 cokes I used to have :sick:0

Looks like you are close or have made it to your goal - dont beat yourself up. It's ok to enjoy going out! I feel your pain when you have to go more then you would like, but you know you have worked hard to make your goal, so enjoy the time instead of having the guilt.
You can always get right back on the plan after lunch.0 -
Simon - I know the problem only too well - trying to manage the alcohol and bread down! :-)0
