Are there any Ready to Drink shakes out there that are good for recharging your body after a workout but not tons of calories. I know for sure my gym sells Muscle Milk, but in researching....it doesn't look like such a great thing to try. I don't have much time to get everything out, like blenders etc., to mix up something..I wouldn't mind it even being a meal replacement shake but I just don't want it to be something that is suppose to help you GAIN weight, like I heard Muscle Milk can do. Thanks

Premier Nutrition shakes are awesome, they taste good and low calories, high protein 30g, and 1g of sugar. They can be bought online or at Costco a box with 18 pre-made shakes is only 26.99 in Canada. Best bang for your buck. MFP has them loaded in their food bank so check it out.0

I drink muscle milk light. It's a 100 cals a pop, 15g protein 6 g carbs, 2g of fiber. A lot of people are afraid of weight gain (at least in my circle of friends) from protein, but good amounts of protein are good for you.0

I need a way to increase my protien without a ton of carbs. Just want to follow this thread to see if there are more suggestions.0

HUGE fan of muscle milk light. Both the powder and the ready to drink. High protein, low cal, lactose and sugar free. Tastes pretty much as good as a protein shake can! And it has quick digesting protein and slow digesting protein so you can pretty much drink it anytime.0

Maybe I'll try the light version of Muscle Milk. Has it had any impacted on your progress? Whether it's negative or positive?0

Special K has great protein shakes! They taste good too =] they are meal replacements and intended to lose weight! I drink one every morning for Breakfest or sometimes will have one for lunch. They come ready and taste soo soo good =]
Only 180 Calories and keep you full until your next meal
Lol I just feel like I did a mini commercial for them lol... But try them I recommend them!0 -
I like the OhYeah protein drinks. Taste good low on carbs with still giving the protein. I think they are only available in certain areas though. I will sometimes have it in place of dinner on busy nights or for breakfast on the weekends since I tend to wake up late.0

Those ready to drink protein shakes are full of chemicals..................
You are better off with a shaker cup or a stick blender and making a protein shake that is good for you, not just good to you.
Jay Robb protein is all natural, sweetened with Stevia. The only way to go!!!0 -
Chocolate milk! Even the pros (like football athletes and olympic runners) do it. You can get skim. You could also add a shot of protein powder if you like to it0
