What do you guys think of these LipoDen shots? I am considering it, not as an excuse to sway from my diet, but to see if it will help aid me in my weight loss.

    I do not know what those are. But I will tell you, you don't need anything to "aid" you in your weight loss. Most of those products are just a waste of money.

    Eat at a deficit and hit your calorie goal + exercise = weight loss.
    I see that you just joined MFP this month, give it a shot before you go wasting money that could be spent on new clothes once you've reached your goal!
