I need good, easy snack and meal ideas!!

I am new to this, need to get a handle on snacks and meals! I need stuff that's at least somewhat yummy but quick and easy to fix for myself so not tempted to munch on the foods I buy for the rest of the family. I love fruits and veggies also chicken, fish, and other easy proteins. Just need some good ideas! I am a busy mother of 4 kids mostly teens, and also babysit toddlers during the day so not much time to spend on myself! I am exercising daily and work off a lot of my calories anyway, but goal is to lose 50 lbs!!!

well 1st you need to change the way you eat, if you haven't already. you need Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack and dinner. the key is using this app on yoru phone or computer to keep track of your caloric intake.
As for your reques on snack idea, for me i do cheese sticks, apples, bananas, a slice of wheat bread toasted with cottage cheese. There are so many things you can do, it all comes down to the excersize part in terms of how much you burn and how much you need to stay healthy0
