Losing my winter fat layer!

Hi! I'm a small town girl, and I know I don't really need to lose all that much weight... But I would like to drop 15lbs before summer to get my bikini body back! :) I turn 18 here in 1 week and my boyfriend and I are signing for our place in late April. It'll be more difficult on my own choosing healthy meals because I crave like a pregnant woman 7 days a week! I'd like to meet some friends in situations similar to mine. :)

    Hi Alexis,
    congrats on your and yoru BF getting your own place. i hear you on the cravings, and that is what get most people. you just need to to have a good balance meals and snack, you should eat 5 nmeals per day, the 3 main ones and 2 snacks in between. using myfitnesspal to know how much you eat and do some cardio at the gym or at home. you should be able to drop those 15lbs by summer.
