Have to share my good fitness news

I just have to share my latest accomplishment - I'm able to do 20 tricep dips now. Before, I could only do 1 before collapsing in exhaustion.

Thanks, everyone! I'm so happy I can finally do them! I had stopped doing those for the longest time, and just worked my triceps by doing tricep kickbacks and the overhead press. I don't know what made me try doing them again after all this time. But it was a pleasant surprise.0
