Bit of Tilapia grilled, steamed zucchini, and a small smidgen of rice. Total was just over 500 calories. Not bad and filling. Finished off for desert with celery sticks and peanut butter. Mmm Hmmm.

Okay, ate? Large zucchini, sliced into ribbons and boiled. Ground beef. Gorgonzola. A bit of butter, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Very good.0
