    I didn't weigh in this week because I have a monthly visitor today :ohwell: I've learned by experience not to weigh during that time, so hopefully next week I have great losses!

    BTW I dont change my ticker on these little lapses because I'm going to fix it PRONTO!! Entering a gain just feel so wrong - kinda like I accept it.

    Start of challenge :205lbs
    Last week: 203lbs
    This week: 200.4lbs

    So I'm down almost three pounds this week which is great right?!?! Wrong! Not that I wouldn't be really happy with 3 lbs if it was my best but I had been down to 197.6 on Thursday. I was prepared to gain a little bit on Sunday becuase I knew that it would probably be bad. A potluck lunch and then tacos at my grandparents camp with marshmallows and hot dogs at a bonfire. I'm ok with all of that because I'm tying to make this a lifestyle change, not a diet, and once in awhile you have to let go. But Saturday I didn't eat well either and I could have. I won't go into too many details but let's just say that it was a great weekend as far as spending time with all of my family and having fun but food choices, not so good. So 2.6lbs...I'll be happy with it but next week I will be even happier if I only lose 1 lb and know that I really tried my best.

    Caught the flu this end of this last week. Was only able to workout first part of week. In order to makeup for the missed workouts I drank a lot of extra water (good for staying hydrated with flu anyway) and ate lighter (didn't have much of appetite anyway).

    I did however start back to the gym today feeling 100%. Even started a new programming aimed for max hypertrophy. Here is what I am using as of this morning: http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=508031

    Hi All! Glad to see so many sitll here.

    Beginning Weight: 173.75
    Current Weight: 170.25
    Goal Weight: 157
    Weight Loss: 3.5

    Of course that loss is for 2 weeks. And I had a 1 pound gain after a dund raiser cookout. . I'm really going to do better for the Fourth. Just have to figure a way to steer clear of the sodium. That stuff causes me to hold water like crazy!

    I stayed the same this week. Went on a weekend trip with the hubby, and COMPLETELY undid the last week of work. Oh well, I'm back on it today!

    i finally started losing again, i was up 2 and now i'm down 2 pounds. i'm happy to finally see the scale move in the right direction.
