Roasted Veggies (zucchini,asparagus..your favorite)

I made this recipe up when I just looked around to find what I could
one medium zucchini
25 small asparagus fresh, and snapped
one small apple, any variety
one onion, if desired, chopped in large chunks
one green bell pepper
squeeze of one half lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat the veggies with an olive oil cooking spray, just three or four sprays should do it. Squeeze the lemon juice on the veggies. Cook for about 20 minutes.
I added all these up for calories, and it's about 100 calories a serving. My daughter and I shared this whole thing.
