All of you are such an inspiration! It makes me feel like what I am doing IS attainable! I can only hope that my results are as AMAZING! I down 15, and not seeing a lot of difference in my appearance yet. Was feeling kinda discouraged!

It was hard for me to find pics of me at my heaviest (didn't like the camera much then) but I have found it very helpful to compare pics at the end of each month. When I am not feeling like I'm changing I look at the pics and I do see a difference. Taking pics has been a very good tool for me. 15 pounds is awesome. Keep up the great work!

No matter how much weight you have lost, I want to see your results! Here are mine!

What a great thread, I will be checking it to see everyone's success!! I think we ALL need to take a few moments and CELEBRATE exactly where we ARE and what we have DONE..... and (for just a moment) stop looking ahead to what we have left to do!

And you look AWESOME!!!!! Congrats on your epic loss!

OMG.....Awesome transformations doesn't matter how much weight has been lost the exercise that has gone with it really shows how amazing you can look and feel.

At 270lbs very afraid of the camera, so no shots but maybe i should take some so at least I can see how my body is reshaping, then maybe I'll be brave enough to post them some day.!!

Great job everyone and thanks for my morning inspiration!
  • Your are exceptional. I'm sure that now you feel better. Congratulations, gorgeous!!

First of all, I have to say, AMAZING work everyone! All of you are truly an inspiration, thank you!!! I have observed two things while scrolling through these pictures. First, the "after" or "during" pictures everyone looks so much happier and second, younger! On the whole, most people look about 10 years younger. WOW!

I was my heaviest just after college, 267...yikes! And I was the smallest during my 1st pregnancy (thanks to morning sickness) at 186. I am currently 205. I carry the "biggun" picture in my purse at all times and pull it out when I want to chuck everything and get fast food. :)

This is my first attempt at posting a picture, so we'll see how it goes.

Wish I had a really good (by that I mean bad) pic of me on my computer from when I started. This Kinect Adventures stomping behemoth shot doesn't even do justice to how fat I really was, but it was me in the high 220s:

    12938175_6342.jpg

And this is me a few days ago in much smaller workout clothes:

    12938175_9025.jpg

Still not finished, but much better off now than I was then. Plus if I'd tried any of the workouts I do now back then I would have puked, fainted, and died in minutes.

After almost 8 pounds lost and 10 days in, I think I am finally ready to take a "before" shot. A little late, I know. It is on my to-do list for tonight.

    SW: 185.8
    CW: 177.9
    GW: 149

My avatar pic was taken about 6 months ago at 165lbs. With both my kids I lost all baby weight while on maternity leave (woohoo!) and then gain it back when I go back to work (booooo!). Now working and losing weight.

OK, here goes....I don't have many before pics because I hated to have my picture taken when I was that size....usually I would try to hide behind something lol

    SW-232.4
    CW-187.2
    GW-162.4

First picture is me at my heaviest on Christmas Day 2009, after having my second daughter in September...second picture is actually last year when I hit 186lbs....I ended up gaining back some by the end of the year but am down now to almost 187...
