Body Issues After Exercise?

Hello, hello.
I was wondering if anyone else had physical problems after exercise, other than the usual aches and pains? I used to run and never had problems but 3 days ago I started the 30 day BefFit challenge and now at nights my belly is a-churnin'.
Anyone else have this problem or anything else?

If that keeps up it might be worth seeing a doctor about. That said, what about the possibility of dehydration? Or are you eating something that takes awhile to digest right before you work out? Or maybe eating too soon after? Some people (me) can down a slab of cow meat and go for a run and then down another slab right after and be fine. Others, not so much.0

When I started doing more resistance and weight training, I also have a "burn" in my belly, but only a little off an on. Nothing I was overly concerned with. I just figure it's because I'm using and working muscles that I wasn't used to working as much (I expected a little discomfort after 3 c-sections). It (the burn) went away after the first few wieght training workouts.0

Agree with this. When I first started running, I always felt like I was going to throw up about half way through and I would get rashy and want to pass out by the end. I almost quit until I mentioned it to my Dr. in passing and she said I was probably dehydrated. Once I started sipping water (sip, not gulp), I was able to do it with no problems.0 -
Thanks everyone. I learned when I used to run that I can't eat within 30-60 minutes before exercise but I have to eat no longer than 2 hours before, especially for a long run. I agree that it might be the resistance training and my body just isn't used to it yet. At least that's what I hope it is. I hurt my back with man's that all my muscles have gone by the wayside- not that they were ever very strong to begin with.0
