30 DAY SHRED!

HEY GUYS! I started the 30 Day Shred today and man, its not joke, its hard work! But i am determined to stick with it and do the whole 30 days! I would love to join some sort of group that is doing it, so let me know. And also, those of you that have been doing it, what kind of excersise is it considered on MFP? Im confused on what to log it as,
