Mine is available...just started yesterday, so not much on there yet, if you see food on there for meals to come, don't be alarmed...im always preparing a meal or 2 ahead! (i love food!)
BTW, my breakfast randomness is a smoothie i make at home and bring to work to drink when im hungry. Im never hungry first thing in the morning. usually hits me around 9am0 -

Mine is public, if you have any specific questions as to what the meal is just ask and I can shoot over the recipe to you... I use skinnytaste, eat clean diet cookbook, and nutrition guides for most of my meals.0

Mine is public. I haven't been great at logging every single thing, though. There are some extra bites and tastes that I didn't know how to log.0

Feel free to peek. Many of my meals are broken down component by component, but I do have a growing list of predefined recipes in MFP. If you see anything you like the sound of, like "White House turkey and spinach lasagne", feel free to message me for the recipe.0

Mine is public. I list a lot of recipe ingrediants seperately though so it might not make sense - just know "it's usually a taco salad."

Mine is public. You'll find a healthy dose of nutritional food, and an unhealthy dose of some slop (to a far lesser degree). Works for me. Oh, all the greens in the breakfast meal and the fruit are in Green Smoothies--usually a quart or two. The rest is peppermint tea.0

I just ate some fabulous asparagus soup made with onions, asparagus, and turkey broth. If you like asparagus, it is Yummy! (Plain asparagus is not so yummy to me.)0
