Tracking "Fluidity" Exercise DVDs?

I have recently purchased the Fluidity Barre Exercise Program and love the strengthening portion, but I am unsure how to post or track calories burned. Has anyone else used this program in the past and have any information for me? Thank you!

I would log your strength portion using this "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" to get your calories burned, click the add exercise link under the cardio, just enter how many minutes you have done. I hope this helps you out.

Get a heart-rate monitor. You can create your own exercise and put in the calories burned per the HRM. :)
