So, I never took a "before" at my original weight, so I did the best I could:
171 pounds vs. 141 pounds.0 -

my sister and I. I was at my heaviest 202.
taken yesterday at 150.0 -
So, this has been a very slow and steady process. I'm really trying to focus on making this a lifestyle change and not just a diet. I originally started out using Weight Watchers and lost just shy of 30 pounds. However, the meetings weren't working with my schedule and I was tired of spending so much money! My boyfriend recommended MFP, and I'm currently working on getting past a plateau by upping my calories from the MFP recommended 1360 to my TDEE - 20% (about 1690- yum!).
Sooooo..... Here is my progress
Before: 187 ish lbs
During: 157.5 lbs0 -
Cant not believe I'm showing this !
But my tattoo is back where it belongs
This was at 202 and now 185 (lost 3 lbs the week before I joined MFP)
