So, this has been a very slow and steady process. I'm really trying to focus on making this a lifestyle change and not just a diet. I originally started out using Weight Watchers and lost just shy of 30 pounds. However, the meetings weren't working with my schedule and I was tired of spending so much money! My boyfriend recommended MFP, and I'm currently working on getting past a plateau by upping my calories from the MFP recommended 1360 to my TDEE - 20% (about 1690- yum!).

Sooooo..... Here is my progress :)

    Before: 187 ish lbs

This was at 202 and now 185 (lost 3 lbs the week before I joined MFP)

WOW! You look like a different person. And the best part is your fantastic sexy smile. It goes along with your very sexy body. We should go out sometime. :)
