    I make up conversations for people I see talking. The voices in my head help add crowd noise.

    Watching Biggest Loser and getting pumped for my workout... I find watching a couple episodes helps me push myself further because I can hear Jillian's voice in my head yelling at me "If you're not puking, fainting or dead then keep going"
