30DS + Zumba

Hola.

I'm on day 10 of level 1 of 30DS. I wake up @ 5am and do this. when i get home from work @ about 60-630 i do Zuma. I alternate between Cardio Party and Sculpt and Tone. I do not have a day off. i do this everyday 7 days a week even on weekends.

My question is: Is this ok? Should I be taking a day off of at least 1 exercise?

I'm just kinda starting out but I've developed this routine and it works for me. I just wanna be sure I'm helping myself and not hurting myself.
