do my goal measurements look reasonable

I bought a weight training book and it gives all the places to measure your body and what you want your goal measurements to be. I set mine with no idea what they should be but wanted some advice if they are reasonable goals.

Height 6'5"
Weight 140 goal 180
Flexed bicep 10.75 goal 13
Chest 34 goal 38
Waist 26 goal 30
Thigh biggest part 17.4 goal 20
Calf 12.4 goal 14.5

Do these look like good goals for my height? Or should I not look at measurements and focus on body fat %

I'm not sure about your goals, but how are you 6"5 and only weight 140 lbs? That's crazy!

At 6'5" a goal weight of 250 would be far from unreasonable, but it would, of course take quite a while to get there.

Being female, I really couldn't tell you, but given your current build, you should keep in mind the possibility that you might be one of those guys who aren't able to build a lot of muscle. I feel for you, though, and I hope I'm wrong.
  • I don't know but for your height most of the goals seem low

Your goals are reasonable. You could go higher but I'm sure you knew that. My friend is 6'1-6'2", and I think he looks best around 200-210. (I've seen him anywhere from 180-245.)
You have a healthy plan to get there, yes?

    Eat more, srs!

no matter how much you lift you will never get to 145lbs let alone 180 if you dont eat!

add olive oil to everything easy 150Cals, anything high in fat, EAT!

When you ask for help on here you need to have an open diary. Your goals seem reasonable. Eat avocados, nuts, steaks. Full fat salad dressings. You will not build muscle without calories
  • It looks like a good start. Some seem a bit small for your height though

Yes I guess it is about as hard as it is to lose weight. We just have to keep at it! Best wishes.. go get those muscles! :)
