Can anyone tell me how many calories you would burn doing 300 jumping jacks? i dont have a HRM yet0 -

you can look it up on mfp. jumping jacks, vigorous is a category. you just have to estimate how long it took you to do them.0 -

Ok, not going to lie. I could only do 200. In reality, I did about 180 before my muscle control about went to crap, but I toughed out another 20.
After calorie count: 3451. Net burn of 68 calories in about 5 minutes.0
