Hi everyone just looking for more buddies to help me on my way to becoming a holiday goddess lol in return I'll support you on your way to goals. I have about 16lbs to loose and just need to tone up so if you can think of any ways to help me loose the belly fat and bloating then feel free to post and add me.

    I'm a bit too old to be a beach beauty but I do like to look reasonably good in my costume! Since the beginning of Jan I've lost 12lbs and am now approaching my ideal weight...just another 6lbs to go. I'v been doing the Intermittant Fasting diet as seen on Horizon and have found it very effective. But I do still watch what I eat on the normal days as I think overeating is just plain unhealthy! This site makes calorie counting a doddle and helps me enormously.
