TDEE & exercise question

I'm going to start counting calories by my TDEE at 20%. My question is I aim to burn 1500-2000 calories per week (over 4-5 hours). Usually on the treadmill walking or at an incline. I need to know should i put this in as light activity or moderate? I'm using http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ to figure this out.

You're good with moderate. I believe the range is between 3-5 hrs/wk0

Do I need to take into account that I have a desk job which means I pretty much sit for 12 hours a day up to 4 days a week?0

That shouldn't really matter, as your TDEE uses your BMR, doesn't it? And your BMR is basically the amount of calories you would need to maintain if you were in a coma lol, so the fact that you aren't active the rest of the time shouldn't matter!0
