I'm a 45 year old mom of two, getting fit again - I'd like to get 20 to 30 lbs off my frame both for health and vanity reasons
. Pretty much doing Body For Life; I'm alternating between HIIT on my treadmill, 30 Day Shred DVDs and weight lifting on my Bowflex.
Although I really don't like the Bowflex much - I'm determined to make it work at least for a bit.
