Just introducing myself - hello!

I'm a 45 year old mom of two, getting fit again - I'd like to get 20 to 30 lbs off my frame both for health and vanity reasons :) . Pretty much doing Body For Life; I'm alternating between HIIT on my treadmill, 30 Day Shred DVDs and weight lifting on my Bowflex.

Although I really don't like the Bowflex much - I'm determined to make it work at least for a bit.

    Hi, feel free to add me, nearly 40 yr old mum of 2. I came on wanting to lose 10-14lb have lost 6 since the start of the year!
    I am doing NROLW, running and 1 fab zumba class a week.
