Being 48 is b***h, and trying to lose weight on top of that? well, its just rude. But you've got the right attitude. Keep at it.

Congrats on your success so far! My boss is 50 and for the last 30 years, her only exercise has been walking in the summer. She started Crossfit 2 months ago and has lost 2 pant sizes. She is twice my age and putting me to shame. Best of luck on your journey!

Superb. Congrats. I am 47 and lost 29 lbs in one year and 5" waist (42 --> 37"). Your story will inspire me to try harder and get quickly to my goal of 8 lbs more and 2" more waist (37" --> 35").
