Congrats on your success so far! My boss is 50 and for the last 30 years, her only exercise has been walking in the summer. She started Crossfit 2 months ago and has lost 2 pant sizes. She is twice my age and putting me to shame. Best of luck on your journey!0

Superb. Congrats. I am 47 and lost 29 lbs in one year and 5" waist (42 --> 37"). Your story will inspire me to try harder and get quickly to my goal of 8 lbs more and 2" more waist (37" --> 35").0
