Low Cal Low Fat Banana Muffins

Just made these this morning: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=606713. Surprisingly good considering there's almost no fat. I used a whole wheat/white flour mix instead of all white flour; yes, the baking powder measurement is correct (seems like a lot); and I used Splenda instead of sugar (and less than what the recipe called for) so my diabetic mom could enjoy. Pretty darn good! Just don't use paper cups in the muffin tin -- they stick. The shiny silver cups work well, if you have them, and then you don't have to grease the pan.

P.S. I used unsweetened applesauce rather than regular.

They're 80 calories each. If you go to the recipe link, it gives the nutritional info. I'm guessing mine are even a bit less in calories using Splenda and unsweetened applesauce.
