Alright...I am not a person that is good with numbers so this may be the dumbest question ever! So I had Whole grain chocolate cheerios dry for a snack... 1 serving size is 3/4 cup which is 100 cal. Well I also had a banana with it so I decided to only have 1/4 cup of cheerios...how many calories is that? Sorry for being so dumb!!!!! lol thanks!

    about 33 (or 1/3 of the 100 calories) : ) It's not a dumb question. I hate math!

Have you had a chance to use the food data base to check the banana? 1/4 cup should be a bit over 33 calories I think?

Enter 0.33 as your serving amount to get you to 1/4 cup 0.33*3/4 = 1/4.
