I'm stealing some of the ideas above thanks0 -
I have the usual popular pop and hip hop songs on my iPod, but to change it up (and this may be odd coming from a 20 year old), I also threw on some disco... Some Bee Gees, Barry White (My First, My Last, My Everything is currently my favorite work out song... It puts me in such a good mood!), Village People, Wild Cherry, etc.
It's just up beat and fun, and it puts me in a dancing mood, so when I'm doing the stair stepper or something I get pumped up rather than feeling like I'm dragging.0 -
Start Me Up - Rolling Stones
Fat Bottomed Girls - Queen
American Woman - Jimi Hendrix
Tricky - Beastie Boys
Crazy ***** - Buck Cherry
Aint No Rest for the Wicked - Cage the Elephant
Stupid Girls - Pink
Make you Sweat - Inner Circle
Rude Boy Rihanna
Push It - Salt n Peppa
Take it to the house - Trick Daddy
Girl Can't help it - LMFAO
Shake ya *kitten* - Mystical
Work Out Song - Kanye West

I should also add that Queen's greatest hits may be some of the greatest workout songs ever. So motivational for some reason!0
