What I feel like and what I look like

After 45 minutes on the elliptical last night and 30 minutes of strength traininig on the WII Fit Plus this monring, my body feels just like what I desire. My thighs have no saddle bags, my belly no pouch, and my butt is round an doesn't sag. Why or why does the mirror not reflect this feeling? In my mind every musle is toned. Oh yea and my weight has been stuck at 127 for almost 3 weeks.

I definitely understand this feeling! I have been steady going at this for 31 days now. Now, physically, I have a long way to go for my workouts. But I've been eating so well, and have dropped about 13.6 pounds. My clothes are baggy, and my confidence has shot way up! But, I still have a good 15+ pounds to go, and I don't think I look as good as I feel.0
