    Compared to where you started, were you having more bad days than good? Great start, keep it going. The great thing is, the only thing we can really control is our choices of today. Making the choice to eat or not eat a particular good or not so good item is up to us. And always remember, if you feel you're having a bad food day/week, that isn't cause to continue it because it's already bad. That was my problem for the longest time. awesome start, march on with those good days!!!
